QHow can I track my order ?

APleasego to the top right of the UHC website, click on "Order Inquiry" andlog in to track your order!

 

QHow much do I need to pay for shipping charges?

AIf single order is less than $1000, and the shipping cost is NT$80. Freeshipping for a single order of more than NT$1,000 (Taiwan Island only)

 

QHow do I know if my order has shipped or not?

APleaselog in to enter the "Order Inquiry", click on the item to see theorder status.

 

QHow long can I receive the goods I ordered ?

AUHCwill arrange the shipment for you immediately after receiving your order. Ifthe product page has no special shipping time, it is supposed to be deliveredfor 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays, limited to TaiwanIsland).

 

QAfter the order confirmed, can I addother products or change the product specifications?

AIfyou want to add a product, please set up a new order. To change the productspecifications, please log in and go to the "Order Inquiry" toconfirm your "Order Status". If the "Order Status" shows"Not shipped yet", please contact customer service to assist you.

QCan I cancel my order?

APleaselog in and go to the "Order Inquiry" to confirm your "OrderStatus". If the "Order Status" shows "Not shipped yet",Please click "Cancel Order" directly. If you used credit card, wewill refund back the amount to your credit card.
