Return Policy

According to the Consumer Protection Law,online shopping consumers have a 7-day hesitation period (hesitation period isnot a trial period); Products from UHC are classified as personal hygiene products,so the returned goods must remain unopened and new or it cannot be returned orexchanged.

Remind you that the used coupons will not be returned after you cancel the order or you ask for return of goods


If the goods are inconsistent, damaged or defective, please go to the "Order" in "My Account" with in 7 days of arrival, click "View" to respond in the "Seller and Customer Order Communication" field. The customer service staff will help you to contact the relevant unit as soon as possible to change your merchandise.

※Please attach the "Invoice " and let the courier take back, so it is eligible for return.※If the information is missing, no return service will be provided.


[Return notes]

1.Please be sure to submit a return request within 7 days after signing the product. We will not be able to return the goods for you after the deadline.

2. The return must be processed by the whole order, and it cannot be partially returned. If a part of the return is required due to special factors of the consumer, the return amount will be refunded by "Shopping voucher"

3. Consumable product returns must be in a new state and keep the package intact, otherwise no return will be accepted.

4. If the product is improperly disassembled by the consumer, so the product is faulty, damaged, worn, scratched, scratched, dirty because of human factors or the package is damaged and the invoice or accessories are not completed, we will not accept the return.

5. If the return is required by the consumer's personal factors, consumers are responsible for the associated shipping costs incurred.

6. Since the products are online shopping products, they are all packaged. If the outer box is squeezed and damaged during the transportation process, and the contents are not affected, it will not be included in the return standard.

7. When requesting a return, please follow the return and refund instructions and return it to your designated shipping address at your own expense. When returning the goods, please choose the appropriate delivery method. If we do not receive the goods you sent back, or the goods or packaging have been damaged or missing, it may affect your rights, it is also possible to deduct the necessary cost to return to the original condition according to the degree of damage.)


[Hesitation period regulations]

According to the Consumer Protection Law, online shopping consumers have a 7-day hesitation period (hesitation period is not a trial period); during the hesitation period, you can evaluate whether to purchase the product, but you are not offered to try the product, you can request a refund within the hesitation period.

Returned merchandise must maintain the integrity of all merchandise, gifts, accessories, packaging, accompanying documents or materials, and must be returned together with the invoice, otherwise UHC has the right to refuse your return and refund requirements.

You can return unconditionally if you meet one of the following conditions:

1. The goods you actually received do not match the ordered items .

2. The accessories in the product packaging are not complete or the product specifications and packaging instructions do not match.

3. The goods are defective or damaged during transportation.


[Return and exchange process]

1. In order to simplify the process of obtaining suitable products, UHC does not provide replacement service, only provides "return processing"; (except for unconditional return and exchange), if there is any unsuitable product after picking up, please apply for return after receiving the goods in 7 days.

2. Gifts must be returned with the merchandise together.

[For refund]

1. If you pay by credit card, the financial department will handle the retreat work within 7-10 working days (excluding holidays) after we receive the returned goods and confirm the correctness.

This amount will be refunded directly to your credit card account. Due to different credit card banking procedures, if you have any other questions, you can contact your credit card company directly for more complete answers.

2. If you choose the cash return method, if the return status is established, we will refund the remittance by bank transfer within 7-10 working days (excluding holidays) after receiving the returned merchandise. The account for remittance must be the account opened by the subscriber's name.

※ For consumers who use ATM transfer remittance or cash on delivery, please provide your receipt name, bank name, branch name (XX branch), bank account number, etc. We will deduct the remittance refund to your designated account after receiving your full refund information. ※

[Refund notes]

1. If the return is required by the consumer's personal factors, consumers are responsible for the associated shipping costs incurred.

2. If a part of the return is required due to special factors of the consumer, the return amount will be refunded by "Shopping voucher"

3. If the return is not up to the free shipping standard, the return amount will be refunded after deducting the original order shipping cost of NT$80 .

4. For ATM transfer remittance, the return amount will be refunded after the amount of the goods is deducted from the remittance fee (NT$30), and the freight generated will not be refunded.
